So there's something interesting that already here since Netherlands colonize Indonesia(but seriously, AFAIK the terms Indonesia doesn't exist at that time, only bunch of independent kingdoms) so heres the thing, they called someone Hajj/Haji for people that actually doing Hajj into Mecca to 'marks' people. But locals have been proud to use that until now, the term Pak Haji, Bu Haji is kinda seen as glorious title, and thats kinda ... silly
